Good posting, am looking for a good caramel glaze recipe. I might keep looking b/c tho this looks delish a) it seems unneccesarily fattening u don’t need all that butter & whippg cream, b) also at 2:24 She says it is “‘almost ready just keep stirring”- what we are waiting for is it supposed to be a certain consistency, a certain amount of time? 3 minutes total? WHATEVER. The apple cake looks good though. Am sure it is YUMMY.
