Say hey to “Hoof!” I have loved MJ cheese since childhood and my remedy for the flu or a cold always invoves Welch’s grape juice and Monterrey Jack. Okay, depending how developed your mouth is as far as growing your own heat shield is concerned, try this! 8 oz. MJ, 1 pkg.
Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 to 1 full small can of Jalapeno peppers sliced and/or diced, 1 medium white or red onion, 3-4 minced garlic cloves and start with say 4-8 ounces milk. Heat to melt and combine all to a rather thick mass. Stir in an 8 oz. pack of IVO or sour cream of your choice and there’s your dip. Offer the option of additional garlic Tobasco bottle on your table.
